Spin Magazine offers playlists coinciding with each issue, and is only available on iTunes for one month. Urban Outfitters releases its LSTN series every few months, and the most recent, LSTN #12, is available for download through the end of February.
This, of course, means that iTunes needs to be installed, whether it's a PC or Mac.
