I highly recommend browsing the designer section, with exclusive designs by Christian Siriano, Lela Rose, and Isabel Toledo. I had the pleasure of attending the Lela Rose Fall/Winter 2010 fashion show last February, where her Payless line walked the runway. Now, I long for these Aemilia Chop-out Flats, priced at $34.99 and marked down to only $27.99 after the discount. The flats are a horizontal
