The Conservatory of Flowers is free every first Tuesday as well, and Asian Art museum is free on the first Sunday. Academy of Sciences is free on 3rd Wednesday, and there are also neighborhood free days, which means that based on your zip code (only for SF residents), you get in free for 3 specified days in the Spring, and 3 more in the Fall, but you have to bring proof of residency. See calacademy.org for details. Get there REALLY EARLY for free days at the academy, though.
